Suzannah (Zanna) Zuckerman Yardas
Born and raised in California’s Central Valley, Zanna moved to Colorado in 1979 and earned her B. A. from Colorado College in 1986. After college, Zanna worked in her family’s farming business before moving to Paris, France in 1994 where she served for two years as a personal assistant to a Tibetan Buddhist meditation master. Upon returning to the States, Zanna married and began her family.
Zanna received her massage certification in 2001 from The Aesclepion Healing Center in San Rafael, California. Soon thereafter she moved to Truckee, California, where she currently practices massage therapy, serves on two national non-profit boards, and is a meditation instructor, school volunteer, and health products distributor. Zanna founded Lotus Sage Massage in November 2005.

Alexa Mimeles
Alexa has been practicing as a full-time massage therapist for the past six years, both locally in the Tahoe Area as well as in the Bay Area. Being an avid outdoor and sports enthusiast, her work has lead her to focus on the rehabilitation of sports injuries and chronic overuse injuries such as muscle fatigue. Alexa integrates these rehabilitating therapies with all massage modalities into a relaxing and rejuvenating journey that carries her client away from the stress of everyday life. She is committed to providing a healing environment for her clients by listening to their needs, and customizing each therapeutic session to their individual requirements.

Alexa is certified in Swedish, deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massage, with a strong leaning towards deep tissue massage.
Tara Nichols
Tara grew up in Tallahasee, FL. She attended the University of Florida, graduated in 2000 and moved to Boulder, CO. She loves all outdoor activities that come with living in the mountains. In 2003 she became a Bikram yoga instructor, which brought her to Truckee, CA. Tara earned her massage certification at the Body Being Massage Center in Truckee in 2005.
